 Nigerian mechanics are very smart,they would improvise to make it run on Nigerian roads,if they brake down.
To be frank,$2500  is dawn cheap for a brand new car.I'm very sure they would soon find their ways to Nigeria.And I won't be surprise,if someone in the motherland is able to covert it to run on palm oil! LOL

Palm oil would be too costly,i want something that can run with water only.

$2500 yeeeeeee... this is cheapest car ....but with customs and delivery the price will go up like $4000 to buy
