Hello According to Dun & Bradstreet, 90% of all working from home based businesses failures analyzed can be traced to poor management. Whether you are presently running your own home business or just planning to start one, Here are links and pointers to some of the best free home based business guides and articles available on the Internet.
Though untrained entrepreneurs have traditionally had a high rate of failure, home businesses can be profitable. Success in small business is not an accident. It requires both skills in a service or product area and acquisition of management and attitudinal competencies.
What's the perfect business for you? You've listed your skills. You've outlined your interests. You've described your family's preferred lifestyle. You've come up with a business idea. Next, consider such questions as: Are there customers for my product or service? How do I know? How will I find them? Who are my competitors? What will I charge? How will I promote my product or service? Finding the answers to these questions is the challenging and sometimes tedious homework that will help you determine your chances for success, and whether you should look for another more marketable idea.

Hello friends
You know you are ready to work at home, and you know you have the desire and motivation to make it work, but you have no idea where to begin? It isn't easy, and if you've spent any time sifting through millions of home-based business related websites, you probably wonder if there even is such a thing as a perfect (let alone legitimate) home based business out there at all. There is truly a very fine line between many home-based jobs and home-based businesses, and sometimes you are doing both at the same time. While it might be difficult for you to choose a business that will work for you, think about your skills and interests, and be open to the idea of doing several closely related things. Don't pass up an opportunity to use your talents, education, skills, and create multiple streams of income!
Thanks to all friends

Hello
1)Understanding the client: it may seem strange to start from here how do you know your customers before they have a business idea into practice. The answer is simple – your customers do business, so customers no business. If you have a business idea does not seek to develop the idea around what you think potential customers will like or need, but knowing that your customers really. 2)Passion: the passion here is not to be a fanatic about your product or service. But he has some interest in what you do. Most often, you'll be spending 15-18 hours a day working on your business first – usually for 12 to 18 months. You need to be constantly thinking of ways to improve and grow your business, besides being able to talk to everyone, everywhere. 3)Understand your competitors, every company has competition – direct or indirect. Think movies. They compete directly with the video rental shops or television at home. 4)Cash Flow: Many entrepreneurs enter the business world, with great ideas, but very poor understanding of the capital it takes to get their business on. Most of their prototype product or service and understand what it takes to make the product or service, but do not include capital required to manage the rest of 'organization – including marketing , employees ,insurance or supplies and any miscellaneous small expenses add up fast as the telephone, internet services, etc.
Thanks

Hello To All
The first thing you must do, however, is some basic market research. Find out for yourself, first-hand, just how many people there are in your area who are interested in your proposed product or service, and would be "willing to stand in line and pay money for it." This is known as defining your market and pinpointing your customers. If after checking around, talking about your idea with a whole lot of people over a period of one to three months, you get the idea that these people would be paying customers, your next effort should be directed toward the "detailing" of your business plan. The more precise and detailed your plan - covering all the bases relating to how you'll do everything that needs to be done - the easier it's going to be for you to attain success. Such a plan should show your start-up investment needs, your advertising plan, your production costs and procedures, your sales program, and how your time will be allocated. Too often, enthusiastic and ambitious entrepreneurs jump in on an extra income project and suddenly find that the costs are beyond their abilities, and the time requirements more than they can meet. It pays to lay it all out on paper before you get involved, and the clearer you can "see" everything before you start, the better your chances for success.
Have a great day

Instead, choose ideas that you would enjoy doing, or have a strong interest in learning and doing, because you'll be spending a lot of time doing them. Of course, income potential should be considered, but definitely should not be the sole reason for choosing a type of home business.

Create a flier outlining your services. Before you do that, you need to know what those services will be. Do you want to simply do bookkeeping for a small business? A more involved level of accounting would be do actually work up balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis, depending on the needs of the business. Other specializations can include tax accounting, a huge area of potential work. Many business owners don't mind keeping their own day-to-day bookkeeping records but would rather get professional help with their taxes

Hello If you don’t believe that it’s POSSIBLE for you to have a successful home based business or make your living from home, you won’t. It’s that simple.
For me, figuring out that it was possible was just a matter of realizing that many other people were ALREADY making great money working from home. If they could do it, I could too. It would just be a matter of figuring out what those people were doing and then adapting it to my situation.
There is no shortage of undeniable PROOF that people are making money working from home. Just get online and do some research and you’ll find countless testimonials and stories of REAL PEOPLE making real money on the Internet. Or head to your local bookstore and you’ll find the same documented evidence of this fact. Truth is, it’s getting easier and easier to make money with your own home based business.
I’ve always said that “affiliate marketing” is the job of the future. In the old days, you had to go to a potential employer, apply for the position and hope for the best. Now you can simply go to any company you want, fill out their affiliate application and start work immediately. Affiliates are the new working class. In fact, making money with affiliate programs or making your living on the Internet is WAY MORE than possible. It is pretty much unavoidable now. Affiliate marketing is the “job” of the future that’s already here TODAY.
Thanks
