Hi

 * Honey is good for skin and hair. Take 4 cups of warm water and stir 1 teaspoon of honey in it. Pour it into your hair after shampooing and let the hair dry as normal. You don't need to rinse it.
       * Over-processed hair lose their shine too so be careful nor to overuse all those chemical hair products in the market. Silicone products add shine to hair momentarily but are difficult to wash out causing a buildup that make your hair dull. Vinegar rinse should be used sparingly too or it may dry out your hair.
       * Cold water rinsing makes your hair look shinier as it closes and smoothens the hair cuticle. To further enhance the shine,
       * Adding shine to gray hair and keeping them from getting that yellow tint can be difficult. However a professional gloss treatment at the salon seals the cuticle and makes the hair look shinier than ever. It lasts for five weeks.
       * Heat activated shampoos and weekly deep conditioning for your hair keep them glossy.

Try to avoid daily washing. The sebaceous glands are overstimulated, secreting more grease onto the hair. This creates a vicious circle where the more you wash is the greasier it becomes.

Another problem with regular washing is that although the roots are greasy the rest of your hair is stripped of oil and the ends become dry and brittle. Use a mild ph-balanced shampoo and wash hair without rubbing the scalp too much. Only apply conditioner to the mid and ends rather than at the roots.

Watch your diet. Oily and fatty foods can contribute to greasy skin and scalp. Best of all is to use those days when you're at home to give your hair a rest from
daily washing. Try using a children's shampoo as these are often mild enough for greasy hair.

Hi guys

This site can provide you with some essential information on faster hair growth and maintenance. It is an innate desire of human beings to look attractive regardless of the hair type they have. Each ethnic race has its own standards of beautiful hair.
Mere presence of some beautiful hair strands on the scalp is of not much significance if not with coupled with some healthy and voluminous hair to match. You can have both the beauty and quantity if you follow some faster hair growth tips.
Growth of healthy hair largely depends on its normal healthy functioning and structure. The hair structure is divided into two parts - the non living part that is projected out of the skin of the scalp and the other living part, that remains buried inside the scalp skin. Both hair parts have various functions to perform, besides being an integral component of the hair growth cycles.
Alteration in the normal cyclical process of hair growth is one of the main causes of hair loss. The factors that affect the normal hair growth cycle are hormonal imbalance and genetics.

Thanks for all friends
